Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Global Luxury Retail for TOM FORD BEAUTY and BALMAIN BEAUTY will focus on driving business expansion, enhancing licensee collaborations, and ensuring operational excellence across key regions. This role will support the execution of retail strategies, optimize retail locations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth and innovative retail formats.

Reporting line:
Reports to VP, Global Online with a matrix report to SVP, International.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion:
    • Support the development of a 3-5-year retail mapping strategy, focusing on China, APAC, US, EMEA.
    • Contribute to the identification and execution of expansion opportunities for Beauty FSS in key markets.
    • Collaborate with licensees and internal teams to optimize retail formats and drive retail footprint expansion.
  • Licensee Collaboration:
    • Work closely with licensees to strengthen brand presence across beauty and fashion channels.
    • Collaborate with partners to launch new product categories, such as eyewear, within retail stores.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Support Global Retail Operation playbook development and roll out. Ensure healthy store productivity growth.
    • Act as the point of contact for regional operations, ensuring alignment of retail strategies across key markets.
    • Oversee retail reporting and dashboard, support monthly Retail Steerco meeting.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Education, IT, CRM, VM, etc.) to enhance the in-store experience, services, and drive innovation.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions in stores.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in related field.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Possesses the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of cross-functional and affiliate team members.
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs; embraces big picture objectives with successful follow-through on details.


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $264,750. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
