JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Delivers concrete, end-to-end solutions that help define a product vision within a high-level problem or opportunity space.
- Shows confident leadership skills. Clearly and succinctly articulates the goals of a team, leads collaboration within their design and quad teams and actively contributes feedback to product-level decisions.
- Leverages appropriate tools to demonstrate design vision and execution, as well as its impact on development and customer experience.
Technical Skills are:
- Figma
- Agile Methodologies

Additional skills:

• any content abilities are a huge plus
• accessibility - working knowledge of WCAG guidelines
• presenting and defending design rationale
• Bachelors in a design related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study or years of relevant professional experience required
• In terms of years experience, looking for more of a senior role, and I hope the rate allows for it. 10 years in financial services would be great, with investments a huge bonus.
