Learning Experience Strategist, Design Systems ( a.com )

We're a fast-paced product group, and we're on a mission to streamline our design system and create a robust learning experience for everyone involved. We are looking for a Learning Experience Strategist who can research current processes and pain points and propose new processes and documentation to streamline and gain buy-in from multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Craft a Seamless Learning Journey: You'll be responsible for creating a comprehensive learning ecosystem that caters to four distinct groups: designers, Figma engineers, authors, and product managers. This includes developing training materials, documentation, conducting workshops, and ensuring everyone feels empowered to use the design system effectively and ensuring everyone understands how to leverage the design system for optimal results.
• Champion Design Thinking: You will be a design thinking evangelist, educating designers on our methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation.

What you'll bring to the team

• Strategic Vision: You can see the big picture and develop a clear roadmap to bring that vision to life.
• Instructional Design Expertise: You have a proven track record of designing engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Communication Ninja: You excel at creating clear, concise documentation and delivering compelling presentations.
• Collaboration Champion: You thrive in collaborative environments and can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Design Background: A design background is a plus, especially experience with design systems.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience working with Adobe products and some experience with Figma
• A research background
• Content strategy knowledge
