Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to create individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York State
• Experience in assisted living, home health care, or related settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
