Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.
• Install, test, maintain and repair mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.
• Perform utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades.
• Inspect and test equipment.
• Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.
• Requisition materials and supplies, maintains inventory.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Maintenance Professional preferred.
• Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.
Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Previous hands on Maintenance experience strongly preferred including, but not limited to, dry wall, HVAC, basic electrical and plumbing.
