Your Role Your responsibility as the Facility Maintenance Manager will be to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise and support your team of eleven (11) facility engineers that support the East Coast Service Center (ECDC) in Pittston, PA. You will provide guidance for your team plan and execute growth strategies for team development. You will manage your team to ensure that all aspects of the operational equipment and maintenance are addressed timely, and that all systems (MEP, MHE, etc.) are operating efficiently. You'll bring your knowledge and expertise in all maintenance processes (installation, integration, inventory, upgrades, troubleshoot, and preventative maintenance) and OSHA health/safety regulations. You will be the contact for local, state, and federal agencies for inspections. In addition, you will develop and maintain partner relationships with your internal and external customers while responding to both critical and routine support requests. You will be an advocate in supporting NMG's Way of Working, which is a framework across all teams to work smarter, be present, and integrate work and life in a way that empowers you and others. You will be located at the ECDC in Pittston, PA. You will be required to travel as needed. You will report to the Senior Director of Facilities with a dotted line to the Director of Operations.

What You'll Do: • Responsible for maintaining the property assets of a large facility and local properties • Prepare long and short-term plans for capital improvements • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues • Inspect and audit MEP systems to assure reliable operation • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities • Allocate workload and lead maintenance teams • Monitor equipment inventory and supplies and place orders as necessary • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance • Manage relationships with internal partners, contractors, and service providers • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and OSHA regulations • Manage several national maintenance and inspection contracts • Travel to remote sites on a quarterly basis

What You Bring • Technical Experience, Training, and Certifications in MEP systems and building trades • Strong leadership skills, leading teams to achieve goals and maintaining Neiman Marcus Distribution and Fulfillment facilities • Strength in collaboration both with internal and external partners including contractor crews and outside service partners • Strong project and time management experience and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple locations, including remote facilities successfully • Experience in planning maintenance operations • Solid understanding of technical aspects of lift trucks operation and maintenance, material handling equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, etc. • Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation of all types (mechanical, electrical, electronic, schematic, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) • Must be available for after hours and emergency calls • 10 years' experience in related field
