A large health care facility in the Bay Area is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. The Facilities Management department contains professionals responsible for facilities totaling over two million square feet in the portfolio. The Facility Manager I assists the Regional and Facilities Manager in the execution of operational duties requiring extensive field work as related to vendor meetings; site inspections and project follow up and close out. *This position is on call*
Pay range for this role is $52 - $65.

Required Skills & Experience

5 - 10 yrs of exp as a facilities manager or related field coming from an HVAC background.
Engineering and maintenance background experience.
Experience leading projects/programs.
Creating inventory procedures, managing vendors and keeping par levels of equipment pieces.
Assessment management system experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems - AC/DC.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hospital health care experience
Proficiency with PPT and Excel (tracking inventory and purchases)
