What You'll be Doing

You'll manage a safe, attractive and functional physical environment for all employees. In support of the department vision to create an exceptional workplace. Develops, implements, and maintains facility programs that reflect the priorities of continuous improvement, automation, thinking globally and identifying best practices, while at the same time working to reduce TTEC's financial exposure.

You'll report to the Manager, Real Estate & Facilities. You'll contribute to the success of the business through maintenance, ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees and visitors.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manages complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to maintaining superior condition of company space; acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
  • Review government regulations, renewal of operating licenses, work permits, and other requirements from the authorities related to the business.
  • Effectively leads and manages Facilities team, within the department's SLA and KPIs standards. including but not limited to Facilities Technicians, Service Coordinators, Facilities Systems, Facilities related vendors, and Security Managers.
  • Maintains various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, access controls, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
  • Establishes and manages Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating the purchase requisitions including supplies, follow up on invoices payments and is responsible for reporting financial information. In conjunction with corporate real estate evaluates present and future needs for real estate.
  • Effectively manages customer expectations and ongoing customer relations. Communicates status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes. Develops and maintains standards to manage relationships with facility related vendors.
  • Implement and communicate policies that will impact on safety and security to customers to include the Risk Management policies pertaining Security and Management System.
  • Manages facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinates with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan. Being the facilities point of contact during a disaster situation to return safely to operations, requires to be available or have a designee to response in timely manner.
  • Maintains and oversees facilities architectural drawings and floor plans. Ensures all construction drawings and floor plans are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintains the database of the facilities fixed assets and it's ranking.
  • Position is an onsite role. Must main relationships with both internal and external customers.

  • Must be computer literate
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $49,000/annual salary. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
