The Opportunity:

The Corporate Real Estate & Workplace team is responsible for managing Sephora's corporate office real estate portfolio. Day-to-day operations include repairs & maintenance in addition to routine inspections and the completion of employee service requests.

Our team works cross-functionally with many business partners to ensure that we deliver a best-in-class workplace experience for all employees.

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Technician to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

As a Facilities Technician you will :

• You will be an integral part in ensuring that our workplace operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
• Organize and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.
• You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
• The goal is to ensure that workplace operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

We would love to hear from you if have...

• 1-3 years experience working as a Facilities Tech or in a similar role
• Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with team members and business partners
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of basic invoice coding and office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes

Additional

• Job requires a substantial amount of physical effort; a lot of walking and lifting/moving of heavy boxes, furniture; walkthrough inspections across 16 floors; occasional assistance to mailroom team receiving large shipments

The annual base salary range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
