We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Technician to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of our facility. This role includes porter activities, servicing bathrooms, and maintaining breakroom areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and breakrooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
• Ensure breakrooms are clean and orderly, including wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, custodial services, or a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including restrooms and breakrooms.
