Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Tallahassee, Fl
Duration: 6 months contract with convert to fulltime
RATE: $21/hr (W2 only)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma | GED (required)
  • 2 years' experience with facilities maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company owned/rented vehicles according to Citizen's policy on vehicle use as necessary.
  • Additional education may count towards experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiar/ Strong knowledge with general office operations and maintenance, terminology, and trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, etc.)
  • Experience in reading floor plans.
