Facility Pest Control Technician

Volt is immediately hiring a Facility Pest Control Technician for a leading manufacturing company in Tulare, CA.

As a Facility Pest Control Technician you will:

• Perform routine pest control activities
• Monitoring, prevention and exclusion of pests from the entire property
• Apply herbicide, insecticies, or rodenticide when activity levels exceed limits.
• Follow and meet food safety requirements as required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Auditing standards to meet customer quality and safety standards
• Monitor and replace pest control devices weekly.
• Communicate when levels of activity increase
• Administer corrective and preventative actions
• Inspect all outbuildings as required
• Collect and dispose of targeted pests appropriately into waste containers
• Completes documentation and reporting as required
• Report any inventory shortages on supplies needed to perform regular duties
• May assist in cleaning activities

Facility Pest Control Technicians must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent- Preferred
• 1 Year of experience working in a relatable position
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work weekends and overtime when requested

This is a Full Time Temp-Hire Position

Shift: 1st shift 5:00am 1:30pm, must be available to work Overtime when required.

Pay Rate: 18.00/hr
