Fall Co-Op - Reliability Engineer

J OB SUMMARY:

Co-Op will assist with analyzing aircraft field data to identify component reliability issues and trends, and coordinate with suppliers to initiate Root Cause and Corrective Action. Candidate will support in-house reliability testing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties in support of new product and sustaining designs.

• Coordinate with other Engineering and technical groups to develop, implement, and monitor Root Cause and Corrective Action initiatives.

• Assist with Reliability metrics and tracking

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional and diplomatic demeanor

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sense of accountability and integrity

• Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects

• Ability to deal with change and work in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office programs
