Role Summary:
- Driving and developing tracking methods for Field Claim Analysis, as well as integrating databases in PowerBi, Excel, expert on Data analysis, and SQL.
- Facilitate integration with CoE German Reporting Systems for quick exchange of information.
- Risk Evaluation based on battery data from the field.
- Screening of upcoming trends and scientific findings in data analysis of batteries in NAR.
Role Responsibilities:
Main responsibility - 100 % of time spent
- Tracking and Reporting Field Claims from NAR
- Develop Excel Macros and PowerBI to create sustainable organization and output.
- Data Bases Maintenance
- Routinely dealing with VW Systems (e.g. Aqua, Beon, Tevon, WPS, WPA, KPM)
- Gathering data from vehicle specific warranty databases.
- Execute and drive project deadlines to completion
- Activities are spread across multiple EV projects and suppliers
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance and field analysis, and/or supplier quality assurance in automotive industry
Education - Required
- Bachelor's in chemistry, material sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
Education - Desired:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in chemistry, material sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
Skills:
- Highly organized and good time management

- Computer savvy - skilled in the use of software
- Integration - joining people, processes or systems
- Influencing and negotiation skills

Specialized Skills - Required:
- Experience in quality assurance and/or field analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of batteries and battery cell technology
- Strong understanding of EV technology
- Experience with VW systems
- Business fluency in English
- Good project management skills and good knowledge of MS Office
Specialized Skills - Desired:
- German skills written and verbal are advantageous
- 3-5 years as data analyst
- Experience with supplier processes
- Experience with HV Testing
Work Flexibility:
- Frequent travel to the suppliers up to 50%, ext. lab, and the R&D department in Germany
- Increased extended travel to Germany and Canada during the initial phase of the work
