An employer in the mortgage/real estate industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Field Marketing Coordinator) to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the companys Retail Marketing functions across the Washington and Oregon regions. This position emphasizes hands-on assistance, training, and content creation, aimed at increasing market share and system adoption.

Some responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
- Act as a boots-on-the-ground resource for regional social media marketing, creating and posting engaging content.
- Provide training and coaching to loan officers (LOs) on CRM and marketing platforms.
- Design and create various marketing materials, including print ads and social media graphics.
- Offer ongoing CRM and platform support via marketing tips, videos, and communication through ticketing systems.
- Assist with compliance reviews and approval of marketing content to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Help coordinate regional events, including trade shows and sales rallies while advising LOs on self-management of events.
- Gather user feedback to help enhance marketing platforms and provide administrative support for marketing systems.

LOCATION/TRAVEL:
- Remote position based in Western Washington or Oregon (preferably along the I-5 corridor).
- Travel required approximately once a month (1-2 days) to branches within a 1.5-hour driving distance.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible working hours may apply based on event schedules and regional needs.

TRAINING:
- Comprehensive training on CRM and marketing communication platforms will be provided, along with ongoing coaching for loan officers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred; 1+ years of recent marketing experience or 2+ years without a degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Design background and experience
- Strong understanding of social media best practices specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (other platforms are a plus)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred
- Experience running and coaching Loan Officers on event coordination and planning, particularly for trade shows and educational events.
- A portfolio showcasing design work is highly desirable.
