Field Service Engineering Technician

Your role and responsibilities

Providing remote or on-site technical analysis and repair of equipment for customers Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing medium voltage electromechanical equipment as repair technician strongly preferred.
• A vocational technical school certificate is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, maintaining, commissioning medium voltage electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of MS Office Products
• Ability to travel within the US and other selected countries up to 40%.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
