Field Service Technician II

Requirements:
Must have customer-facing experience and demonstrate high utilization. Will be working with high level stakeholder.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Executes filed service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Assist the technician with moving tanks and lifting salt bags, both weighing up to 50 lbs.

Utilize power industrial trucks as needed.

Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization.

Takes care of company property.

Trouble shoots systems for mechanical conditions.

Identify and remedy safety issues both Company and Customer owned equipment.

Direct interfacing with customer.

Potentially at multiple sites with multiple technologies.

Organization Impact: First line of technical service support.

Customer facing. High utilization.

Accountable to customer for operation and repair of the system.




POSITION REQUIREMENTS- 

FORMAL EDUCATION:
HS diploma or equivalent.

Skills: 

Light plumbing experience. Power industrial truck experience.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Technical experience.

Experience with Microsoft office including smart devises.

Must have customer service experience.

Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability.

Able to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements if converted to FT
