The annual salary for this position is between $32,000 to $72,600 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance, and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure users are supported with any computer or software system issues
- Provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance
- Deliver general training and support to team members on relevant applications and hardware
- Responds to client inquiries and record logs of rendered support
- Collaborate with users and address problems with any technical (hardware or software) issues
- Provides instructions or directly sets up hardware and assists with the installation of computer software and operating system updates
- At least one year of work experience and have in-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software
- Required skills: Desktop Support - Remote and Field Services
- Nice to have: Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
