Finance Manager - Finance Operations Business Partnership, Kuiper Government Solutions

The Finance Operations Business Partnership (BP) team is seeking a Finance Manager who will be a key member of the Kuiper BP team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Kuiper procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. In this role, you will responsible for developing and maintaining operational and business metrics and targets, driving global operational reviews, as well as owning improvements to achieve targets. As a business partner, you will work daily alongside Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Service Centers, Vendors, Kuiper Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and other operational groups at all levels in a global environment. Complex problem solving and financial analysis skills are required to manage multiple high visibility priorities in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities:
- Define key performance indicators - develop operational and business metrics and service level agreements for programs and processes, and track delivery against global objectives.
- Consolidate inputs, and challenge assumptions, on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective partnership between Finance Operations, Service Centers and Kuiper Business & Finance.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow, margin or productivity improvements related to vendor payments and receivables.
- Solve critical vendor, process and system escalations effectively to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
- Identify and quantify financial and operational risks and opportunities
- Support operational escalations effectively to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS/SCI, so you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Direct experience in Government contracting to include working with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
- Ability to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations F(AR) and internal estimating requirements (specifically FAR 15.408, Table 15-2), Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), and United States Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Security Clearance: While not required, it is preferred candidates have an active US Government security clearance of TS/SCI (with polygraph preferred) and be able to maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
