Program Manager - Finance and Accounting

Our client, a large non-profit organization, is seeking a Program Manager, focused on Finance and Accounting, to join their team. This candidate possess requisite analytical and technical skills to readily contribute to the needs of the finance department.

Salary: $70000 - $80000 / Year

Required Skill:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Non-profit industry experience
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• 1-2 Years of General Ledger Experience
• Experience with the accounting software, Salesforce and Fonteva
• Strong Excel Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial payments, including web, lockbox, and live credit card input batches
• Reconcile and report all accounts receivable deposits to the Finance Department
• Manage and maintain life membership receivables and delinquent accountings
• Assist with annual audit and reconciling the accounting books
