As FP&A Manager you will report directly to the VP of Finance. In this role you will focus on analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and business drivers over varying scenarios and timeframes across the entire Firm. You will learn the fundamental drivers of our business as well as apply critical corporate finance concepts. You will establish relationships with internal business partners (product managers, department heads, and C-suite) and coordinate and effectively communicate across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Daily/monthly/quarterly financial updates, including the development of reporting and dashboards
  • Financial forecasts
  • Annual and multi-year financial plan
  • Analyses of our key revenue, expense, and cogs drivers
  • Identification and implementation of meaningful new analyses
  • Financial impact simulations for various market scenarios
  • Financial modelling of potential business opportunities (office expansion, new products, mergers and acquisitions)
  • Provide oversight and supervision of junior level to mid-career Finance Analyst
  • Drive efficiency and modernization efforts, including input and support of FP&A software
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (an MBA is a plus)
  • Ideally 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role (e.g. Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance)
  • Ability to analyze financial performance for varying periods through multiple lenses
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to comfortably interact with various business partners and senior management
  • Ability to lead and mentor small team of junior to mid-career Finance Analyst
  • Ability to independently execute on priorities, identify roadblocks and solutions
  • Experience in training and mentoring new team members
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Digital literacy and knowledge of automation concepts and tools
