Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager - Reporting & Analytics, located in New Brunswick, NJ, United States.

This is a transformational role that will support the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the SigniFi program. SigniFi is a multi-year global finance transformation initiative, bringing the latest technology and financial processes to J&J. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and deploy analytical and management reporting capabilities for the enterprise with a focus on commercial capabilities (sales, IBP).
  • Improve and develop current reporting capabilities in Analysis for Office and SAP Cloud Analytics reporting tools, based on business priorities.
  • Work with key partners in various finance teams to provide analytics, governance, and training, supporting reporting capabilities at local, regional, and sector levels.
  • Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
  • Partner with change, communications, and training teams.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting / Finance is required.
  • Advanced degrees/certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP, or MBA/Master's are preferred.


Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
  • Experience crafting, implementing, and leading FP&A processes/tools in a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with developing reporting capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud, or other comparable reporting applications.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls, and USGAAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information.


Preferred:

  • Broad understanding of the J&J operating model and diverse experience acquired in finance roles is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions.
  • Experience leading project timelines and achievements in complex business environments.
  • Driven to achieve results and demonstrating a hands-on approach.


Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
  • The candidate should be located in New Brunswick or other sites on the East Coast with access to New Brunswick, Beerse, Wokingham, or Zug. However, we also encourage applicants from other J&J locations who can demonstrate equivalent experience.


The anticipated base pay range for this position is 99000 to 170200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
