Financial Advisor

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Licensed Financial Advisor for one of our top credit union clients. This Financial Advisor will report to the VP of Wealth Management and will be responsible for serving members in their assigned branches. They will be given a small book of business when joining, so it is helpful to have a book of business that can be brought over to the Credit Union. A typical day would entail going on 2-4 new business appointments, sending follow ups to existing clients, calling referrals, servicing existing clients, going on reviews for clients on an annual basis and documenting this, and spending a lot of time building rapport with the branches so that they can refer members to this Financial Advisor. This is a newer market for the credit union, so they are seeking a Financial Advisor who is well-connected with the community and can hit the ground running!

Job Responsibilities:
- 2-4 new business appointments each day
- Prospecting
- Building plants
- Follow ups with existing clients
- Calling/collecting referrals
- Servicing existing clients
- Making trades
- Annual reviews for clients and documenting these

Compensation:
$72,000-$96,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- Series 7 and 66 OR Series 6 and 66
- 3-5 years of Financial Advising experience
o Book of business/referral network to bring over
- Ability to run in person client meetings and build personal relationships
- Strong referral network within the area

Plusses:
- Credit Union or Banking experience
