Financial Advisor

Our client is a robust financial services firm committed to helping clients achieve financial security and plan for their future. Located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, the team is looking to add a Financial Advisor to build and manage a client base from warm leads and handle the day-to-day management of existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment!

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through outreach and lead generation
• Conduct meetings to assess client needs, recommend investment strategies, and provide ongoing financial guidance
• Execute risk assessments, asset allocations, and investment strategies
• Stay informed on economic and market trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Perform market research and analyze customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with financial software (e.g., Morningstar, Charles Schwab)
• Experience tracking and projecting the performance of stocks, bonds, and funds.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing a book of business is essential
• CFP certification and/or insurance license preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and financial technologies
• Must reside in the San Diego area and willing to go in office
