About Our Client:

Our client, a prominent healthcare institution in Nashville, TN, is looking for a Financial Counselor to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Financial Counselor you will be working with patients in person and over the phone to set up payment plans for treatment and high-cost drugs. You will be navigating different insurance portals to acquire benefits information as well. This is a Direct Hire position.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of financial counseling experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with patients in-person

Additional Details:

• This is a Direct Hire position
• Virtual or onsite interviews will be conducted with the hiring team
• Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5PM or 9-5:30PM, after 1+ months of training there is an option for partial remote work.
