A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service:

Duties
As a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER at the GS-0501-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: and overseeing the activities of the Program Analysis and Financial Management Directorate (TCJ8).
- Work with the Director in organizing and overseeing the activities of the Program Analysis and Financial Management Directorate (TCJ8).
- Participate with the TCJ8 Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Advise USTRANSCOM Commander and TCJ8 Director on policies to streamline and increase efficiencies in resources that affect air, land and sea transportation and logistics.
- Oversee USTRANSCOM development of TWCF budget estimates and execution.
- Provide USTRANSCOM Commander with in-depth analysis of Service and component mobility programs.
- Ensure USTRANSCOM's full complement of accounting operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

other modes as required. - Incumbent is expected to travel on short notice to attend high level meetings with Congressional Staffers, Office of
Management and Budget personnel, USTRANSCOM component commanders, other Commanders etc. - Must be a U.S. citizen

- - This is a Financial Management Level 3 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012,
Public Law 112-81 Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d. - This position is telework eligible on a situational or Ad Hoc basis. Telework eligible positions require at least 60% in office time. For those eligible and with supervisory approval, situational telework may be authorized as the mission permits.
- Work hours other than normal duty hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, may be required.
- Employee must obtain/maintain a Special Sensitive (SCI) Top Secret security clearance.
- Travel and relocation expenses, if approved, will be paid IAW JTR and AFMAN 36-606.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian
Drug Demand Reduction Program. - Incumbent is required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be
required to file annually. - This is a Mission-Essential position performing a Mission-Critical function which must continue uninterrupted after the
occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions.
