- Advise leadership on budget and financial management functions related to the formulation and execution of CMCS program budgets.
- Lead analyses and studies of financial management and budgetary issues and topics related to CMCS programs and administrative needs.
- Manage CMCS acquisition operating strategy, policies and procedures in support of the Center's goals and objectives.
