Job Description:
This position will train the incoming Full time Financial Services Systems Analyst in all aspects of the job most specifically maintaining the Meditech Reimbursement and Rule Dictionary.

Maintain the Meditech system dictionaries including but not limited to Insurance, Subscriber, and Claims to ensure proper system functionality.

Maintain the payor contracts and proration rules to ensure appropriate write-offs are correct and the Accounts Receivable reflects an accurate expected reimbursement amount. This includes working daily reports produced in Meditech's Abstracting Module for failed APC claims via 3M Core Grouping Software. Work directly with MIS to ensure the quarterly APC file are uploaded and working properly Working with MIS, Meditech, and 3M when system proration issues arise.

Maintains systems access for all Associates in Patient Access and Financial Services, registration areas, and outside vendors

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must have extensive Meditech Expanse Reimbursement Dictionary experience at Doylestown Hospital and served in this position for at least 10+ years at Doyletown Hospital. This position will be for 16 hours per week with a future end date of 60 days or sooner.
