Responsibilities
  • Support the accounts payable operations by processing invoices to include invoice matching, coding, vendor set up, and payment processing
  • Update RF Track f or equipment moves and create Property Passes for all equipment leaving property
  • Perform annual government property physical inventory and pr ovid e initial data support for the annual Property Management System
  • Review purchase orders and invoices, ensuring a three-way match and process invoices in the accounts payable systems for management approval
  • Ensure proper approvals on all payments, ensuring compliance with company policy
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Associate degree in general accounting preferred, relevant experience may substitute
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fixed asset position
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and excellent communication required
  • Ability to comply with the Concession Agreement and Government Property Procedures
  • Ability to understand and follow accounting policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, viewing computer screens and performing repetitive movements for the length of a shift.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.
