An employer is looking for a support engineer helping their customers located in Japan. This is an engineer role who must be fluent in Japanese.
* Answer user inquiries regarding web technology related issues to be resolved.
* Diagnose log files and run test applications on test environment for troubleshooting.
* Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
* Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support

Required Skills & Experience
1. Web application experience (develop web application, dealing with web tech) , Required 5+ Years of Experience
2. Able to communicate with the customer by email and calls in Japanese. Must be fluent in Japanese. , Required 5+ Years of Experience
3. Strong self-learner, has a passion for technology and motivated to assist the customer, Required 5+ Years of Experience
