The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the hotel's Food & Beverage Division which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, project management, and scheduling. The Food & Beverage Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting with the day-to-day needs within Food & Beverage Operations, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee and drive guest satisfaction. Additionally, this position will play a role in supporting all operational areas to respond to business needs, including the restaurant and banquets. The Food & Beverage Manager will directly report to the hotel's Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coach and counsel hotel colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures

• Maintain excellent communication within the Food & Beverage Division and other hotel departments

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints

• Create expectations, lead people, manage processes, and hold people accountable for the agreed-upon activities and timetables

• Ensure proper staffing levels for customer service goals and support with coverage of departments within Food & Beverage

This position has a salary range from $64,484-$87,000.
