The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. Additional responsibilities may include training/coaching, scheduling, hiring of team members to ensure high standard of customer service is met. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FULL OPEN FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY INCLUDING EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hr.

Qualifications -

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
  • 2+ years in food and beverage
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • National, Local, State food and health safety regulations knowledge
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience with hospitality/hotels preferred
