Job Description
As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Food Servers by ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of food orders to guests. This position is fast-paced and requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities

• Assist Food Servers in delivering food orders to guests promptly and accurately, enhancing the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery and fulfillment of guest requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming and organized dining environment.
• Ensure availability and proper arrangement of condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials.
• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience as a food runner or in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights throughout the shift.
• A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
