The Fraud Operator will be developing and managing capacity planning across the entire financial organization, which includes analyzing incoming work, completed tasks, and manual work requirements to estimate the time and personnel needed for tasks, and distributing the workload across various functions. Workforce management is also a key responsibility, requiring the monitoring of daily volumes and workforce distribution to ensure adequate staffing levels that align with the workload, and adjusting and optimizing workforce allocation as needed. Additionally, the role requires providing analytical insights and consulting with operational resources on expectations, as well as partnering with several different teams in finance and fraud to enhance focus and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Fraud Operations, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, or Project Management within the finance sector.
- Proven ability to gather information, recommend solutions, interpret data, and create detailed reports.
- Ability to effectively communicate data and solutions across multiple teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant banking rules, regulations, and policies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Tableau).
Experience at larger financial institutions such as Citibank, Capital One, Wells Fargo.
