We are looking for a Freelance Marketing/CRM Specialist for a top beauty company in New York City. This position will be hybrid based out of the New York office.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ecomm, Brand Marketing, PR, Education, Media and in-house creative team) on creative briefs to develop best-in-class content for digital CRM programs on Email, SMS, and other online marketing channels.
  • Assist in development, execution, and analysis of evergreen direct mail campaigns in collaboration with ADX, including mapping out segmentation, finalizing promotional details, and managing the creative process for any deliverables to vendors and partners.
  • Support the growth of our Loyalty programs for- Set goals, collaborate with ADX, Creative, Marketing and eComm partners to drive CRM goals among our top customer base.
  • Support the Director of Online Marketing with CRM Segmentation Testing in partnership with Amperity and the America Digital Transformation team to execute long-term, data-led testing objectives to improve efficiency and ROI of our email marketing.
  • Maintain the Ecommerce Marketing Calendar in collaboration with the Online Marketing Coordinator to contribute to Broadcast email & SMS marketing.
  • Partner with external vendors (Attentive, Movable Ink) to strategize and implement more dynamic content across our email & SMS marketing to maximize personalization.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full-time digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience in-house at a brand or at a marketing agenc
  • Strong understanding of digital CRM and marketing, including acquisition, retention, and prospect segments.
  • Beauty/Fashion industry experience required
  • Proficiency in all office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Smart, creative, forward-looking thinker and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, and process
  • Extremely solution-oriented, proactive problem-solver
