The Diplomat Beach Resort is seeking an Overnight Front Office Supervisor to join their team! This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. Ideal candidate has overnight front desk experience at a full-service hotel. Proficiency with OnQ highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: overnights from 11pm-7:30am including weekend and holiday availability. 5 shifts per week.
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour plus upsell incentives.

What will I be doing?
Oversees front desk operations. Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
