Our client, a Fortune 500 financial Client is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a technical proficiency, be an individual contributor, and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Plano TX

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?
  • Design, develop, and be accountable for feature delivery, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality.
  • Ensure that the solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt and is compliant with security and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria and guide the team on work breakdown and execution.
  • Play a team lead role as an individual contributor, mentoring team members on skills and practices such as planning estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices.
  • Act as a liaison for production activities/issues and work with the Technology Manager to identify skill gaps, create resource contingency plans, and ensure team readiness.


What's Needed?
  • 7+ years of experience in Java development, including Core Java, J2EE, Spring 5, Hibernate, and Spring MVC/Batch.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as GIT/Bitbucket or Subversion, and experience with Weblogic server, performance tuning, ETL processes, and both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong querying and PL/SQL experience in multiple database platforms, such as Oracle and SQL Server, along with object-oriented programming skills.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, REACT, Angular 5, and NodeJS, as well as CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodology, test automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber, Kubernetes, Containers, Web Services (REST, GraphQL), AWS, Oracle Exadata, MS SQL Server, Linux/Unix environments, microservices architecture, and BI tools like Microstrategy and Tableau.
