Position: Functional Analyst (Coupa)

Location: Remote (if local to Washington, DC one day a week in the office)
Duration: 6 Months

Background:

• The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday.
• We are seeking one Coupa Analyst to augment the team.
• The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes.
• The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Requirement:

The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:

• The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
• Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release
• Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
• Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills

The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:

Support regression testing of new Coupa releases

• Design and test assigned reports
• Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
