We are looking for a Game Operations Coordinator to be a vital part of the day-to-day operations of the Rock Lobsters Game Presentation. In this role, you will work directly with the VP of Sales and the Manager of Partnership Activations to create, plan, and execute all game presentation elements.

As a Game Operations Coordinator, you will support the organization with tasks such as preparing for all home games, coordinating game night contestants and promotions, and providing follow-up. Additionally, you will help plan various events, including auditions, community projects, and unique events. Does this sound like a fit for you? If so, we want to hear from you! What You will Do:

• Coordinate game presentation duties, including implementing in-game promotions, booking, and managing coordination for National Anthem performers, Color Guards, game entertainment, and game-to-game contestants, as well as setting up and taking down game day necessities.
• Execute office duties such as answering phones, archiving, and tracking game content, organizing, and maintaining storage areas, conducting market research, etc.
• Collaborate with department staff on planning, setup, and breakdown of events, such as pre-game and post-game activations, auditions, and other unique events.
• Work with entertainment teams and mascots to prepare for game day setup, community events, and other related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• Possess an in-depth understanding of hockey and its flow.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions.
• Possess prominent levels of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
• Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
• Have strong teamwork aptitude.
• Possess strong customer service skills.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to spend 85% of the time in the office and travel as needed.
• Able to work all home games and office hours.
