GCP Data Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cloud Pub/Sub GCP Google Cloud Storage Google Cloud Services and Google Cloud Big Data. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing cloud-based solutions to drive our companys growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform technologies.

Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and reliable cloud systems.

Provide expertise in Cloud Pub/Sub for real-time messaging and event-driven architectures.

Utilize Google Cloud Storage for efficient data management and storage solutions.

Leverage Google Cloud Services to enhance application performance and scalability.

Implement Big Data solutions on Google Cloud to process and analyze large datasets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.

Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.

Mentor junior developers and share best practices in cloud development.

Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Cloud Pub/Sub GCP Google Cloud Storage Google Cloud Services and Google Cloud Big Data.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Show a proven track record of developing and deploying cloud-based solutions.

Have experience with code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Possess a solid understanding of security standards and data protection regulations.
