We are looking for an experienced Paid Search (SEM) & ASA Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music Paid Search team and help driving WW customer acquisition. You will define, execute, and measure Paid Search marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business - including manual campaign execution, testing, and developing scalable processes. This marketing leader will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as a thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize SEM. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
Key job responsibilities
• \tExecution of Paid Search and Apple Search Ads campaigns for Amazon Music KPIs in global markets, including the launch of new campaigns to support emerging product features such as Podcasts, Amazon Originals, Live Streams, etc
• \tDevelop new strategies to drive increased acquisition through Amazon Music Unlimited, Amazon Music Prime and Amazon Music Free
• \tEmbrace a test-and-learn approach, scaling strategies, and exploring expansion opportunities.
• \tMaintain calendar cadence to monitor and update weekly performance for ongoing tests
• \tPlan, activate, optimize, and manage search media buys aligned with brief, customer journey, and audience insights
• \tWeekly monitor multiple performance KPIs and call out trends in sync meetings
• \tDevelop and maintain automated/manual reporting based on data availability
• \tExecute campaign optimization tactics for bidding, ad copy, and landing page testing to achieve efficiency and volume targets
• \tAudit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality
• \tLaunch new campaigns to support new product features (e.g., Podcast, Amazon Originals, Live Streams, etc.)
• \tPartner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launches

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
