Scope of Job

The School of Social Work is looking for a student to assist with Title IV grant activities such as assisting with reconciliations, creating spreadsheets, processing financial corrections and HR assignment forms, program evaluation, preparing marketing materials and reviewing website content. Other duties as assigned.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Management, Accounting, Communication or related areas.
Student must be proficient with math calculations (for example, how to calculate independently the %'s for salary allocations). NOTE : Initial training will be provided. Very proficient with Excel and Word.

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments quickly.
  • Highly organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables) and Word, Power Point and the preparation of flyers or marketing materials
  • Familiarity with program evaluation.
