Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer at the PPA Tour you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision
into visually compelling designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a
wide range of materials, from marketing collateral to digital assets. The ideal candidate is not
only proficient in design tools but also has a keen understanding of current design trends and
a passion for delivering impactful and consistent visual experiences.

Responsibilities
Design Development
• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various mediums, including print and
digital materials.
Brand Consistency
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable
visual identity.
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements
and deliver effective design solutions.
Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project
timelines.
Feedback Integration
• Incorporate constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders into design
iterations.
Stay Updated
• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design
capabilities.

Qualifications
• Proficient experience with Adobe Suite
• Ability to work independently and be able to create aesthetically sustainable final products.
• Exceptional eye for design with a strong curiosity to understand the needs of our teams,
clients, and prospects.
• Ability to identify design patterns and replicate results.
• Ability to build a deep understanding of our brand identity and target audience.
• Support development of visual exploration and articulation of all brand campaign work
• Works with the team to execute branded collateral - from digital mock-ups/comps and
brand identities to printed materials and presentation design, with a heavier focus in social
media design.
• Work with cross-discipline team to deliver on all assets needed for clients' businesses
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with
cross-functional teams.
