Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

For the assigned area, directly accountable for execution and delivery of project and product efforts as well as responsible for the functional management of assigned Project Management personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs compelling graphic elements and marketing assets and create concepts that resonate with our target audience and drive results to achieve business objectives.
  • Possesses at least a basic skill in web design, such as understanding layout principles, wireframes, typography, color theory, and how to create graphics optimized for digital platforms.
  • Ensures all creative materials across all channels comply with the look and feel of the company’s visual and brand standards.
  • Works within a cross-functional marketing team, handles multiple projects and adheres to deadlines.
  • Reviews and analyzes key performance indicators and recommends design enhancements and improvements of marketing campaigns and other programs.
  • Researches and maintains knowledge of current design practices, staying abreast of new technologies and trends in the design, digital, and advertising community.
  • Applies conceptual strategy, actively participates in brainstorming sessions, and manages projects to completion.
  • Serves as a mentor for less experienced staff in the department.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Arts, Fine Arts, Communications, or Marketing is required.
  • Seven to ten years of interactive design experience is required. An agency background is preferable.
  • No licenses or certifications are required.
  • Strong team orientation with ability to work as part of cross-functional team with client stakeholders, marketing, and technical personnel.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of interface design principles, responsive and adaptive design accessibility, web standards, and modern web trends.
  • Ability to guide and inform design based upon user experience.
  • Possesses expert graphic design skills, marketing acumen, and a sound understanding of conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability and confidence to present ideas and concepts to a variety of internal clients and departments.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with superior design skills in typography, color, and composition among other design basics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and maintain positive and effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
