Direct Support Professional hourly wage, $18.00 an hour! Plus, $1.50 Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm (paid lunch)

Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) are expected to demonstrate a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to celebrate their achieved outcomes.

Group Employment Essential Job Functions

• Teach skills for job readiness, social, educational, community and daily living
• Provide assistance to each individual based on their Person-Centered ISP
• Perform cleaning duties with participants
