We're looking for an Engineering Leader who will lead our Automations and Campaign Management teams. You will lead an organization up to 20+ team members through both technical leaders and potential front line managers who manage 7 to 12 engineers. You will mentor and grow your staff, set the vision and success metrics for the organization and be accountable for critical deliverables that drive improving customer benefits and business outcomes. As part of a cross functional product team, you will work closely with Product Management and Experience Design, as well as other engineering leaders within Mailchimp and Intuit.

We are looking for experienced leaders who have a background that includes deep technical experience grounded in previous years of hand-on development in high scale, highly available systems that achieved outstanding levels of operational excellence and who has taken those learnings and applied them at scale in their organization.

Responsibilities

Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta office two or more days per week.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coach front line engineering leaders and our most senior engineers to help define their career path through challenging growth opportunities.
  • Building an engineering culture, practices and supporting tooling that engineers love and enable them to deliver the best work of their lives at high velocity and with outstanding performance, scalability and availability.
  • Become an expert in our customers and their problems, and be accountable for critical initiatives and their success metrics to deliver outsized customer value and business impact
  • Drive the next generation of our Automations & Campaign Management experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product & design leads to prioritize work, identify opportunities for acceleration and innovation and propose options when challenged by constraints
  • Participate with peers and directors to refine organizational structures to accelerate our strategy and priority initiatives
  • Remove roadblocks from the organization's and team's path.
