Group Marketing Manager, Global Partner Marketing (Mailchimp)

Atlanta, Georgia

Employer: Intuit
Industry: Marketing
Salary: Competitive
Job type: Full-Time

Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. Serving more than 100 million customers worldwide with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

The Service Partner Marketing Team is seeking a seasoned Group Marketing Manager to manage the Global Service Partner Marketing team. This leader will have a strong track record of succeeding in "player/coach" roles - bringing both strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships and executive-level influence, inspiring data-driven customer empathy and a bent for speed in action and results. As the day to day lead of the Service Partner Marketing team, you will lead a team of marketers to build and execute marketing strategies globally to meet and exceed our goals. You'll partner closely with the larger Service partner org, including Partner Development and Success, and Program and Ops, as well as Marketing, Analytics, Sales and others to build and scale our Mailchimp & Co partner program.

We're looking for a forward-thinking self-starter who is a seasoned people manager, and who has experience building programs from nothing, translating data and insights into strong marketing plans, and a reputation as an influencer across multiple departmental lines.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership and key leads in Partner Strategy, Program, Analytics and others to build and execute joint strategies to scale our service partner program (Mailchimp & Co) to meet our short and long term business goals
  • Develop, execute, and measure campaigns and programs that accelerate partner engagement, recruitment, and revenue
  • Manage and coach a team of Partner Marketers; contribute to a high-performing culture by sharing and mentoring go-to-market best practices that up-level the team's marketing craft
  • Partner with Analytics and Revenue Ops to design and implement measurements to quantify impact from partner marketing programs and co-marketing activities with our strategic partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop process and infrastructure, including systems, analytics and campaigns.
  • Work closely with product marketing and others to create enablement materials and tools to support service partners and generate new pipeline and sales acceleration opportunities with our customer
  • Actively analyze data from a variety of sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
