BSE Global (Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, NetsGC, Long Island Nets and Barclays Center) is looking for a Guest Experience & Operations Intern for the Season 2024-2025. This is a part-time, program will begin October 2024 and end in May 2025. Start and end dates can be flexible depending on your academic calendar. The Guest Experience & Operations Intern will work out of Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn and the Barclays Center. Seasonal Interns are expected to work about 20-30 hours per week with some days expected to be in office and other days remote. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Learn event execution process from start to finish by assisting with event requests, intake meetings, and pre-event preparation (including catering needs)
• Support event services team to execute on-site events at Arena, including various programming events
• Meet with arena teams, such as guest services, security, Levy, and event services, to get a better understanding of arena operations
• Assist with reviewing guest survey feedback and flagging repetitive issues and help problem solve
• Coordinate and track VIP ticketing needs requested by ownership and business executives
• Greet VIP guests upon arrival at events and escort to their hospitality space and/or seat location

Salary $18 per hour Requirements:

• This program is designed for college seniors, students engaged in graduate studies, or recent graduates
• All interns must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
