In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day activities of our Guest Service Agents and reservations functions. You'll contribute to MotorCity's revenue growth by providing exceptional guest service, in accordance with hotel standards and policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Four years of experience in guest service and hotel reservations.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have a passion for guest service.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
