Hardware Assembly Technician, Quantum AI

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in building and verifying electromechanical assemblies according to documented procedures
• Experience with Electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD) sensitive electronics, materials, and components.
• Experience with soldering tools and safety protocols
• Experience with mechanical tools and units of measurement.
• Experience with professional standards in a research laboratory

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate or higher degree in engineering, technology, or related fields
• Experience with electronics test equipment, such as vector network analyzers, variable power supplies, and multimeters
• Knowledge with basic electrical units of measurement for voltage, current, and resistance
• Ability to calculate power consumption of components using Ohm's Law
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot

In the R&D lab, you design test equipment for prototypes of our machinery and develop the protocols used to scale these tests for the entire global team. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
